This is SO TRUE! I don't do ANY workouts that I don't enjoy. Find something you look forward to doing!
If you're dreading your workouts, you need a new one.
Find lots of ideas
here, including workouts like P90X, Turbo Fire (my FAVE!), Rockin' Body, Hip Hop Abs, and INSANITY!
