Whenever you feel that drop in motivation... take a few moments to remember your "why." Why did you commit to a workout program in the first place? Why have you been pushing yourself so hard in that boot camp class? Why do you avoid ice cream like the plague? You had a reason when you started. When you lose sight of it, that's when you lose sight of your goals. Keep your eye on the prize. Keep your "why" in your heart. You'll get there! :)

This is SO TRUE! I don't do ANY workouts that I don't enjoy. Find something you look forward to doing! If you're dreading your workouts, you need a new one.
Find lots of ideas here, including workouts like P90X, Turbo Fire (my FAVE!), Rockin' Body, Hip Hop Abs, and INSANITY!
